UAE Team Emirates-XRG
Deliver world champion Tadej Pogačar a record-equalling fifth yellow jersey — and a third in a row — starting with the Barcelona team time trial.
The 2026 kit
The 2026 UAE Team Emirates-XRG kit, made by Italian brand Pissei (Magistrale collection, handcrafted in Pissei's Italian Custom Lab) and dubbed 'Fragments of Precision', keeps the team's traditional UAE palette of white, red and black but with noticeably more red than the 2025 version. Base jersey is predominantly white with a clean white upper chest and back. Across the centre of the chest sits the scarlet-red Emirates wordmark (with 'FLY BETTER' beneath it in smaller red capitals), and directly below that the black XRG wordmark of co-title sponsor XRG. The lower third of the jersey — belly and hips — carries the signature 2026 graphic: a bold, angular geometric mosaic of red and black 'fragment' shapes (offset rectangular shards that reviewers likened to oversized stylised quotation marks or a 1970s textbook cover), a block effect that wraps around toward the back hem and deliberately nods back to the team's original 2017 debut look. The sleeves and shoulders carry black panels in a deliberately asymmetric cut (the black arm blocks differ left vs right — a detail critics noted clashes with arm warmers), with white 'UAE TEAM EMIRATES' lettering on the black shoulder/upper-sleeve area and laser-cut raw-edge aero cuffs (raglan construction, micro-perforated front fabric, 3D mesh back). Low-profile white collar with black/red trim. Bib shorts are plain black with red accent trim, white Emirates/XRG sponsor logos on the thighs and the white Pissei maker's mark near the leg band. IMPORTANT rider variants at this Tour (8-man roster: Pogačar, del Toro, Großschartner, McNulty, Politt, Vermeersch, Wellens, Yates): team leader Tadej Pogačar, who defended his world title in Kigali in September 2025, wears the world champion's rainbow jersey on every road stage (white jersey with the five rainbow chest bands — green/yellow/black/red/blue — same red Emirates + black XRG sponsor layout, matching black shorts), reverting to standard team kit only in time trials. Isaac del Toro — who won BOTH the Mexican road race and time trial titles in Ensenada in early 2026 — wears the Mexican national champion's version: the white team jersey with a green-white-red Mexican flag band across the front chest. Tim Wellens, Belgian champion in 2025, no longer has the tricolore (he missed the June 2026 Belgian nationals through illness and Rune Herregodts took the title) and is back in standard team kit; Nils Politt (who reclaimed the German TT title in June 2026) and Felix Großschartner (Austrian TT champion, won 27 June 2026) wear standard team kit on road stages, with their national TT champion skinsuits reserved for time trial stages. No special Tour de France edition kit was released for 2026.
